Opportunity: Redesigned MoodysAnalytics.com web and mobile experience with a new design system to maintain brand equity, with AI/ML integration to provide greater personalization for Moody’s services, research and products, resulting in 216% increase in visits.

Opportunity: Led the CX strategy and design for a suite of Morgan Stanley’s enterprise solutions with a focus on self-service, greater personalization, and a new design system, increasing in adoption by 58%.

Led the full end-to-end UX strategy, user research and design for multiple global B2B and B2C data heavy SaaS solutions.

This included user research, UX/UI design, cross platform design systems and usability testing with AI/ML capabilities for greater personalization, business insights and to empower users to make the right business decisions.

Led the UX strategy and design for GS Investment Banking Division solution for issuers & bankers to keep up-to-date with their Equity deals (IPO’s, Follow-On & Warrants).

Provided real-time information with ML capabilities for personalized insights into their book-building, demand analytics, roadshow schedule, deal documents, and integrating API-driven automation for real-time deal tracking, 

Achieved 100% adoption, reflecting a substantial rise in user engagement and the widespread acceptance of the newly improved product.
